Greg Manning

Owner and Chef of Simply Gourmet Catering and Olde Corner in Island Heights, Greg has a vast experience and incredible passion for the culinary arts. As a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and former Chef du Cuisine of Jeffrey"s, Greg is well versed in all aspects of the food industry. For the last few years Greg has been operating a full service restaurant and catering company to keep all the "creative juices" flowing. Most recently he has received three stars from the Asbury Park Press Food and Dining Review and is now in the Zagat Guide.

Garden State Parkway (North and South bound)

  1. Get off at Exit 82 for 37 east
  2. Follow route 37 east
  3. After the sixth traffic light make a right hand turn (approx. 3 blocks) at Central Ave (MAB paints on corner)
  4. Follow Central to corner of Ocean ave (approx. 3/4 mile)
From Seaside Heights and points east

  1. Take bridge to Route 37 West
  2. Take Jug Handle at Vaughn / West End Ave
  3. Cross over route 37
  4. Follow West end ave to second stop sign
  5. Turn Left
  6. At next stop sign the Deli is across the street on the same side
