Greg Manning

Owner and Chef of Simply Gourmet Catering and Olde Corner in Island Heights, Greg has a vast experience and incredible passion for the culinary arts. As a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and former Chef du Cuisine of Jeffrey"s, Greg is well versed in all aspects of the food industry. For the last few years Greg has been operating a full service restaurant and catering company to keep all the "creative juices" flowing. Most recently he has received three stars from the Asbury Park Press Food and Dining Review and is now in the Zagat Guide.
